Our Quality Control Process
Six-stage quality assurance from raw material to final shipment
Material Confirmation
Before quoting or production, we confirm the requested material, color, quantity, and usage scenario. ABS and PP are the most common options for electric motorcycle plastic covers.
Sample or Photo Check
For common parts, we compare your photos with available samples or existing molds. For uncertain parts, dimensions and multiple-angle photos are needed before confirming availability.
Production Follow-Up
During production or sourcing, we follow up on color, quantity, surface appearance, and schedule. For larger orders, sample approval is recommended before batch production.
Color Matching
Color can be matched by sample, photo, or color code when available. Exact color consistency depends on material, batch size, and whether a physical sample is provided.
Appearance Check
Before packing, we check visible surface issues such as scratches, deformation, color difference, flash, and obvious defects that may affect resale or installation.
Packing and Shipment Check
We check quantity, carton packing, labels when needed, and provide packing photos before shipment. Extra inspection can be arranged for larger or higher-risk orders.
