Commercial Invoice
Standard trade document detailing the goods, quantities, unit prices, total value, buyer and seller information, and payment terms. Required for customs clearance in all countries.
Packing List
Detailed breakdown of the shipment contents including carton numbers, dimensions, weights, and contents of each package. Essential for freight handling and customs inspection.
Bill of Lading (B/L)
The transport document issued by the shipping company. Serves as a receipt for goods, evidence of the contract of carriage, and a document of title for the goods.
Certificate of Origin
Official document certifying the country where the goods were manufactured. Required for customs clearance and may qualify your shipment for preferential tariff treatment under trade agreements.
Form A / GSP Certificate
Generalized System of Preferences certificate for developing countries. May reduce or eliminate import duties for eligible African and Middle Eastern markets.
SONCAP Certificate (Nigeria)
Standards Organization of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Program. Mandatory for regulated products imported into Nigeria. We can coordinate required document and certification support when needed.
SASO Certificate (Saudi Arabia)
Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization conformity certificate. Required for products entering the Saudi market. We work with approved certification bodies.
Inspection Certificate
Third-party or manufacturer inspection report verifying product quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications. Available upon request for all shipments.
